Step 6 — Systems, not heroics

Onboarding checklist. Weekly KPI dashboard: leads, calls booked, revenue, client outcomes. Freedom dies when every client feels like a custom science project.

Step 7 — One signature offer

One gateway product that demonstrates your full system. Workshop, sprint, done-with-you — doesn't matter. What matters: they enter through one door and see results fast enough to want the next room.
